All product prices displayed on our website are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM), unless otherwise indicated.

Prices may be changed at any time without prior notice. However, changes will not affect an order that has already been confirmed and paid for, except where an obvious pricing or system error has occurred.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, product prices do not include applicable shipping charges, taxes, duties, customs charges or other fees that may be imposed by the destination country.

An order will only be processed after payment has been successfully verified.

LUXEA does not store complete credit or debit card information on its own systems where payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We currently offer delivery to selected destinations, subject to courier availability and applicable shipping restrictions.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on:

  • Destination;

  • Courier service;

  • Weather conditions;

  • Public holidays;

  • Peak periods;

  • Customs clearance;

  • Remote-area delivery; and

  • Other circumstances beyond LUXEA's reasonable control.

Once an order has been handed over to the appointed courier, delivery is subject to the courier's operational procedures.

LUXEA is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Free Shipping Launch Offer

During the applicable LUXEA launch promotion, free shipping may be provided subject to the following minimum purchase requirements:

West Malaysia: Minimum purchase of RM100

Sabah & Sarawak: Minimum purchase of RM200

Singapore: Minimum purchase of RM200

The free shipping offer:

  • Applies only during the stated promotional period;

  • May be limited to eligible products or destinations;

  • Does not automatically include customs duties, import taxes, GST, clearance fees or other charges imposed by the destination country;

  • May be withdrawn, amended or replaced by LUXEA at any time where permitted by applicable law; and

  • May not be combined with other shipping promotions unless expressly stated.

For international orders, including orders shipped to Singapore, the customer may be responsible for any applicable import taxes, GST, customs duties, clearance charges or other destination-related fees.

7. DELIVERY ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including the recipient's name, telephone number, postcode and any other information required for delivery.

LUXEA shall not be responsible for additional delivery charges, delays or failed deliveries caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses;

  • Incorrect contact information;

  • Recipient unavailability;

  • Failure to respond to courier communication; or

  • Refusal to accept the shipment.

Any additional delivery or redelivery charges arising from such circumstances may be charged to the customer.

8. ORDER CANCELLATION

Customers should contact LUXEA as soon as possible if they wish to request cancellation of an order.

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed once an order has entered processing, packing or shipment.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and the customer may need to follow the applicable return or refund procedure.

9. RETURNS, REFUNDS & DAMAGED PRODUCTS

We want customers to receive their LUXEA products in proper condition.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different from what was ordered, please contact LUXEA within 48 hours of delivery.

Customers may be required to provide:

  • Order number;

  • Photographs or video of the package;

  • Photographs of the product and shipping label; and

  • A description of the issue.

LUXEA will review each case individually and may, where appropriate, offer a replacement, refund or other reasonable resolution.

For hygiene, safety and product integrity reasons, opened or used products may not be eligible for return unless the product is defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied.

Change-of-mind returns are subject to LUXEA's return policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under applicable law.
